A2: In our factory, you can buy such series cabinets: Solid wood, Real wood veneer, Laminate, PVC, Melamine, Lacquer and so on.
Q3. Which brand of hardware do you use frequently?
A3: We frequently use Blum, Hettich, DTC, Unicopper and some Chinese brands.
Q4. Can I get a free sample before I place an order?
A4:Yes. Of course you are welcome to ask for free sample boards, and you just need to pay for the freight.
Q5. Are you supplying standard sizes of bathroom cabinet and closets or customized products ?
A5: Both are available. we also supply customized products for lots of end customers and builders.
Q6. How do you pack the products?
A6:We have flat pack and assemble pack for our products according to our customers’ requirements. For glass and countertop, we pack them in wooden box package to avoid any damage during shipping.
Q7. How can I know the price exactly ?
A7: The price is based on your specific requirement, the following information is needed to help us quote an exact price.
(1) A rough sketch of your bathroom sizes(or floor plans of the project) by indicating the locations for doors & windows, pillars, etc.
(2) The material, colour and thickness you would like to choose;
(3) Your personal requirement is also needed.
Q8. How is your Quality Control?
A8. -Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of the board matched the same by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
-We will be tracing the different phases of production from the beginning.
-We will check the quality of every product before packing.
-Clients can come for inspection before loading. We will try our best to help clients when the problem occurred.
Q9. How about the lead time?
A9: After we receive 30% deposit and drawings confirmed, it takes around
30-40 days for order production.
